SHIPPING TO US FOR YOUR MT-82 BUILD or core return
Whether you are returning a core transmission or sending in one to be rebuilt into a Calimer build, we try to make the process as easy as possible.Â
Ship your transmission to us
Option 1 - MT82 Crate Shipping Package
Are you sending back a MT82 core return in a crate that you already have?Â
Step 1: Make sure to drain all fluids and remove any parts including switches, sensors, slave cylinder or mounts.
Step 2: Follow the crate instructions below to load the transmission into the crate.Â
Step 3: Send a picture to sa***@******************ns.com with a picture of the transmission in the crate and your basic info.
Step 4: We will respond to that email with a prepaid shipping label, then just drop it off at your local FedEx ground location.
Step 5: Once we receive the core, we will contact you to refund or pay you for the core charge.Â
Are you sending in your MT82 for a rebuild package?Â
Step 1: Purchase a rebuild package at this link:Â Customer Rebuilds – Calimer Transmissions
Step 2: Be sure to add the shipping crate option in the rebuild product drop down menu.Â
Step 3: Once you place your order, we will send you a crate. Once you receive the crate, follow the loading instructions below.
Step 4: Send us an email to sa***@******************ns.com with a photo of the transmission in the crate, your info, and the order number. We will respond with a pre-paid shipping label.
Step 5: Drop the transmission off at your local Fedex ground location and once we receive it, we will get to work on your rebuild.ll
Option 2 - Freight Shipping
Secure the transmission to a pallet
- Make sure to drain all fluids and remove any parts including switches, sensors, slave cylinder or mounts.
- Secure the transmission to a pallet with a few ratchet straps
- Send us a photo of the palleted transmission and your info, we will send you a pre paid label to ship the transmission via fedex freight and further instructions
- Once we receive the transmission, we will contact you to pay you for the core.Â
Customer Rebuild:Â
If you are sending your transmission in for a rebuild, you can still send it in like this, you just need to purchase a rebuild package first and attach the order number to the transmission or label and add it to the email when sending to us. Here is a link to the rebuild packages.
If sending via freight for a rebuild, you are responsible for shipping costs to us.Â
Shipping crate instructions
Step 1
Place the old core MT82 back into the crate your new Calimer built transmission came in. Make sure to place it the same direction and all bolts are tightened.
- DO NOT ADD ANYTHING EXTRA TO THE CRATE!
- Make sure to drain all fluids and remove any parts including switches, sensors, slave cylinder or mounts.
Step 2
Take a quick picture of your core in the crate and email it to us to assure proper shipping.
- Include your Name, Address, and Phone number.
- Send to: sa***@******************ns.com
Step 3
- Print out the pre-paid FedEx ground label that will be emailed to you.
- Take the transmission to your local FedEx ground store.
