At Calimer Transmissions, we’ve made the rebuild process as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether you choose to use our Calimer Shipping Crate or ship your transmission yourself, we ensure a smooth experience from pickup to return. 

Step 1:

Choose Your Rebuild Package

Start by selecting the correct TR-3160 rebuild package based on your model year and desired stage. During checkout, you’ll have the option to customize your build with additional upgrades to fit your performance goals.

Choose Your Shipping Method

During the checkout process, you’ll also decide how you’d like to ship your transmission to us.

Shipping Option 1:

Calimer Shipping Crate

  • We send you a specialized easy-to-load crate, ensuring safe transport.
  • Follow the included loading instructions to secure your transmission.
  • Take a picture of the loaded crate and email it to us at sa***@******************ns.com.
  • We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, making it hassle-free to send your transmission to us.

Shipping OPTION 2:

Customer-Arranged Shipping

  • Securely strap your transmission to a pallet using ratchet straps.
  • Arrange freight shipping to our facility at:
    30 Walnut St. Waynesboro, PA 17268

Step 3:

Rebuild Process Begins

Once we receive your transmission, our expert team gets to work.

Stage 1 Rebuild: Estimated turnaround time: 2-4 weeks (subject to parts availability).

Stage 2 & Stage 3 Rebuilds: Estimated turnaround time: 3-4 weeks (subject to parts availability).

Step 4:

Completion & Return Shipping

Once your transmission is fully rebuilt, we carefully package it and ship it back to you, ready to install and get you back on the road or track.
